My name is Nicholas batallones who is one of the students at cal state Fullerton. I fist began my journy by going to Cypress College with a associate degree in studio arts back in 2018. With the help of my professors such as Katalin Angelov, Michael Frey, and Professor West. From what I learned in this school, it both challanged my creative process and helped me understand the fundimentals of what it means to be an animator, editor, and grapic designer. I then transfered to cal state fullerton in 2022 with a studio arts which I thought back in the tinme was a good way to go into an animation degree but I was wrong. I had to put together my own portfolio which didn't look like much and considering a lot of the units I had, I didn't qualify. I tried changing my major to anything I had a smiliar interest that also allowed me to make a bit of money since the animation industry is on an all time low so I went and started my jouney to graphic design and I was not disappointed. I got to learn how to do things like this and learned more into graphic design that I was ever taught.
My interest includes of lot of things which are: Magic the gathering, Anime including (Shangri-La Frontier, Solo leveling, Sheild hero, Hunter X Hunter, Berzerk, Space dandy, Bleach, one piece, dragon ball, trapped in a dating sim, That time I got reincarnated as a slime, restaurant to another world, spy X family, Konosuba, Mushoku Tensei: jobless reincarnation, and so much more), Conventions(any kind), Cartoons like (Avatar the last airbender, invincible, Amphibia, digital circus, the owl house, mao mao, Ok Ko, and so much more), Video games such as, (monster hunter, league of legends, Warcraft 3, Final fantasy, Ark, Subnotica, Rimworld, Minecraft, and way to much more), Music (any), and any new technology.
My goal which are influenced by interests are a couple which include: working for a entertainment company, creating my own 3D model and print it out from scratch, creating a game from scratch, become a video character voice, designing a entertainment product, and to get my youtube channel up in running. These goals will have smaller goals to help me with achieve these giantic achievements to have a step to complete these goals.
